A typical installation - showing the electric shaker positioned near to the bell (restored bell shown).

Fitting this doorbell is no different from fitting a conventional buzzer or chime

Simply screw bell and shaker to wall.

From the shaker to the front door 'push' is run standard electric bell wire. A length of over 100 metres is allowable.

Distance between shaker and bell not critical - normally between a few inches and a few feet.

Press the door push and the bell will ring twice per second (pleasingly irregularly) until button is released.

(For the transfomer powered version simply add your bell transformer to the circuit - see wiring)
